Large Cardamom

Large Cardamom is notable  for its distinctive brownish or black color. It is broadly used for  preparing basmati rice and various curries. Apart from its utilization in cooking arena, this spice has numerous medicinal properties. It accelerates secretion of intestinal and gastric juices to maintain salubrious condition of gastro intestine. Also, it is an effective remedy of bronchitis, asthma and cough. Large Cardamom has a strong, pungent flavor and aroma, with hints of smoke, lemon and mint.
